In The Mood!!

So Marilyn asked if we wanted to go to this musical show at the Hobby Center in downtown Houston. It was  a performance of the String of Pearls Orchestra and their ensemble of singers and dancers. The played all the Big Band music and the performers did lots of singing and dancing, swing, which was awesome. They also did a tribute to the veterans. It was a wonderful nite. I bought a CD of their music to play in the car on the way home. Well, I should say Marilyn bought it for me sort a kind a. Her card was declined due to a flag from the restaurant where we ate, Cracker Barrel, so I paid and she paid me back. I've been listening to it and it is such good music!!! We had a great time. Always with Marilyn!

 Inside the Hobby Center is this huge painting and then there was this building across the street all lit up with red lights that made it look pink.

This is the ceiling of the theater. It is made to look like the nite sky with stars and constellations. Pretty cool.
