Moving Day

Elder and Sister Lindsay live on the other side of the apartment complex from us. Across from them live the Halls, around the corner is the Stephens and down the walkway on the other side of the pool is the Wolfleys. We, on the other hand, are about as far away as we could get from all them. The Lindsays were suppose to leave from their mission after Christmas but plans changed when the Stephens came early. So now the Lindsays could go home before Christmas. I, in a stroke of brilliance, approached Sister Bray with the idea of moving into the Lindsays old apartment so we could be closer to everyone and right down the walkway from the exercise room. At first she was hesitant because she didn't want to pack and stuff but the more she thought about it the more she liked the idea. The Lindsays side of the complex was much quieter, more parking and just all around better. The carpet was newer and cleaner, the windows didn't leak ( one pane in my bedroom window was falling out) and it was just better all the way around. In fact, their apartment looked exactly like ours. So after they moved out we moved in. One week of packing and moving all the boxes over, then clothes and then the missionaries and Elder Edwards and Stephens moved all the furniture. Then I cleaned everything when we moved out. It went very smooth. I like it soooo much better. Much less noise, lites and can't hear the gunshots anymore. :)

Notice anything different? Nothing!! Except we traded our entertainment center for a table since the Gaughans are giving us their large flat screen TV when they go home. Nice!
