Ponderosa Ward

Our ward is the Ponderosa Ward in the North Houston Stake. It is a very large ward that was just created about a year ago from 2 other very large wards. We meet at 10:30 until January. Then we switch to 12:30. The people are very nice. We have 2 sets of missionaries. One of them is Sister Kyles who is from Blanding Utah where Elder Grover is from. They were best buds. She is leaving in November. Our Gospel Essential sister is Sister Long. She has a very thick Texas drawl and is a great and fun teacher. Our building is next door to our office/cannery complex. So we have the mission office on one side and the church on the other.
